免疫调节剂治疗变应性接触性皮炎的进展

随着变应性接触性皮炎的发病机制和病理生理过程认识的深入，应用免疫调节剂治疗该病的研究也逐渐深入。磷酸二酯酶-4抑制剂通过调节细胞因子而抑制炎症反应。子囊霉素衍生物与糖皮质激素相比，治疗效果相同或更优，但不良反应更小。来氟米特、麦考酚酯的免疫抑制机制类似，疗效明确。免疫调节剂的上述作用，使其有望成为治疗变应性接触性皮炎的新选择。

Immunomodulatory agents in the treatment of allergic contact dermatitis

Recently, with the progress in the understanding of the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of allergic contact dermatitis, more and more researches are focused on immunomodulatory agents in the treatment of this disease. The inhibitors of phosphodiesterase-4 inhibit the inflammation reaction by regulating cytokine secretion. Compared with glucocorticosteroid, ascomycin has equal or better effects but fewer side effects. Leflunomide and mycophenolate mofeli have similar immunosuppressive mechanism and good therapeutic effects. Given the effects mentioned above, immunomodulatory agents may be used as a new option to treat allergic contact dermatitis.
