手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色多普勒超声诊断

目的：对经彩色多普勒超声诊断的３１例手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因、临床表现及转归进行分析和探讨。方法：以实时超声观察管壁、管腔及周围结构，记录血栓部位、大小及栓塞程度，彩色多普勒显示管腔血流充填、充盈残缺。结果：周围型６例，中央型２１例，混合型４例，病肢左右侧之比例３．４∶１。３１例中急性血栓１９例，慢性血栓１２例。结论：血流滞缓、静脉壁损伤和高凝状态是导致下肢深静脉血栓形成的三大因素，彩色多普勒超声是无创诊断手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成、帮助临床选择治疗方案和客观评价药物疗效的重要方法。

CDFI Diagnosis of Thrombosis of Vena Lower Profunda after Surgery Intervention of the Leg

Objective: CDFI diagnosis of thrombosis after lower extremity surgery for 31 cases. Methods: The resulted causes,the symptoms,the regression,the size,the degree of infarction,the blood flow were all detected and analysed. Results: The peripheral locality of thrombosis in 6 cases,central 21 cases,both peripheral and central 4 cases were identified.The left to right occurrence rate were 341.Acute onset occurred in 19 cases,12 cases were chronic. Conclusion: Slow blood flow,injuring,high blood coagulation are the main mechanisms of thrombosis formation.
