多器官功能障碍综合征合并低白蛋白血症患者在ICU的监护

目的 探讨多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)合并低白蛋白血症患者的预后及监护方法.方法 对90例MODS患者进行综合监护,动态监测血清白蛋白浓度.结果 90例MODS患者中66例发生低白蛋白血症,其发生率为73.33%,合并低白蛋白血症患者的病死率为50%,明显高于未发生低白蛋白血症患者的病死率(25%,P<0.05).结论 对危重患者尽早进行血清白蛋白浓度的监测至关重要.

Guardianship of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and hypoproteinemia in ICU

Objective To investigate the prognosis and method of guardianship of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and hypoproteinemia. Methods 90 MODS patients were monitored and their levels of serum albumin were tested. Results The incidence rate of low serum albumin in patients with MODS was about 73.33% (66/90) and the mortality rate in patients with low serum albumin was 50% (33/66), which was obviously higher than that of patients without low serum albumin (25% , P<0.05) . Conclusions It is very important to carry on the serum albumin monitoring in critical patients as early as possible.
