| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肺泡蛋白沉积症的影像诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 收集肺泡蛋白沉积症8例,全部病例摄有胸部X线平片和CT检查(包括HRCT)。结果 影像表现多样化,HRCT扫描均有地图样改变和铺路石样改变。结论 仔细分析影像表现特点再结合临床病史,基本能作出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze ways that diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis are made on pulmonary alreolar proteinosis. Methods The data of 8 cases of pulmonary alreolar proteinosis were analyzed, including the results from chest X-rays and CT examinations (including HRCT). Results The X-rays and CT results varied. HRCT indicated the changes of lung marking and crazy paving appearance. Conclusion A careful examination of characterisitcs of X-rays and CT, combined with clinical symptoms, should be conducted in order to make the accurate diagnosis. |
