| 摘 要： | 目的观察D-氨基半乳糖盐酸盐诱导急性肝衰竭模型大鼠在丙酮酸乙酯保护下,组蛋白去乙酰化酶2(HDAC2)的表达情况。方法将78只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、EP干预组和EP治疗组。采用免疫组织化学法检测肝组织HDAC2表达;采用ELISA法检测肝组织匀浆HDAC2水平。结果与正常组比,模型组HDAC2的表达量减少(P0.05),其中造模12h和24h肝组织HDAC2表达的IOD/Area值分别为0.0817±0.0118和0.0726±0.0111,明显低于正常组(0.1125±0.0047,P0.01);EP干预组和治疗组与模型组间HDAC2的表达无明显差异(P0.05)。结论 EP虽然对肝脏有保护作用,但不能影响HDAC2的表达。HDAC2的减少在急性肝衰竭的进展过程中,可能发挥重要的作用。
