疼痛干预在脊柱围手术期患者中的应用效果探讨

目的探讨疼痛干预在脊柱骨科围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法选择100例脊柱择期手术患者,男55例,女45例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组遵医嘱给予常规的护理及止痛方法,观察组采用评估-预防用药-术后评估-止痛处理的方法,使患者在围手术期处于无痛或微痛状态。结果观察组患者疼痛的降低程度及患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论疼痛干预能明显降低骨科围手术期患者的疼痛,使患者的满意度及生活质量有了明显提高。

pain intervention in department of orthopedics patients around the application effect of operation

Objective To explore the application effect of pain intervention in the department of orthopedics during operation period patient.Methods 100 cases of elective operation in department of orthopedics patients,male 55 cases,female 45 cases,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group was prescribed to nursing and analgesic method,the experiment group used assessment-preventive medication-postoperative evaluation-pain treatment,the patients in peri operation period in painless or slight pain state.Results The experimental group to reduce the degree of pain and patient satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group（P＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Pain intervention could obviously decrease the department of orthopedics during operation period patient pain,the patient’s satisfaction and quality of life has improved.
