急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗的疗效及护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院2010年～2012年间收治的82例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察临床疗效,总结临床护理经验。结果本组82例急性心肌梗死患者经静脉溶栓治疗后,血栓再通率为92.7%,无死亡病例。2例患者治疗期间发生出血,1例患者发生心力衰竭,1例患者发生心律失常,并发症发生率为4.9%。结论采用静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死临床疗效好,治疗过程中对患者实施有效的护理能够有效预防并发症,降低死亡率,保证患者安全。

Clinical curative effect observation and nursing acute of intravenous thrombolysis therapy in acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and nursing countermeasures of intravenous thrombolysis therapy in acute myocardial infarction.Methods A retrospective analysis about the clinical data of 82 cases with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital between 2010 and 2012 were operated,all patients were treated by intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase,summarized the clinical nursing experience.Results After intravenous thrombolytic therapy the recanalization rate of 82 cases was 92.7%,no mortality.Bleeding occurred in 2 patients during the treatment,heart failure occurred in 1 cases,arrhythmia occurred in 1 cases,the complication rate was 4.9%.Conclusion Taking intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction has good clinical curative effect,taking effective nursing care during the treatment can prevent complications effectively,reduce the mortality,and ensure the safety of the patient.
