| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产褥期抑郁症患者焦虑抑郁情绪护理干预的作用。方法随机将60例产褥期抑郁症患者分为对照组和干预组,每组30例,干预组在产褥期常规护理的基础上采用综合护理干预,对照组采取常规护理,对比两组SAS、SDS的评分。结果护理后,可明显改善SDS、SAS评分,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组患者在护理后,对照组SDS、SAS评分高于干预组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论护理干预可改善产褥期抑郁症患者的焦虑、抑郁的程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of postpartum depression in patients with anxiety and depression care intervention.Methods 60 cases of postpartum depression were divided into the control group and the intervention group,each group 30 cases,the intervention group received the puerperium conventional care based on integrated care intervention,the control group used routine care,the two groups were compared SAS,SDS score.Results Nursing can significantly improve the SDS,SAS score,P＆lt;0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After the treatment SDS,SAS score of the control group higher than the intervention group（P＆lt;0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve postpartum depression in patients with anxiety,depression degree. |
