| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胎儿脐血甘露糖凝集素(MBL)检测在判断巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎危害中的意义。方法:测定88例母孕期感染巨细胞病毒所产新生儿脐血中甘露凝集素浓度,并对新生儿巨细胞感染情况及临床病症加以分析。结果:新生儿感染组脐血BML浓度低于非感染组,预后不良的患儿脐血BML浓度低于预后较好患儿。结论:新生儿BML浓度低下与巨细胞病毒感染有关,BML对巨细胞病毒感染有一定的保护作用。
