| 摘 要： | 目的探讨转移性小肠肿瘤的超声声像图特征。方法对10例转移性小肠肿瘤患者的临床、病理及超声声像图进行回顾性分析,观察声像图特征,并进行超声分型。结果 10例转移性小肠肿瘤中肺小细胞癌转移2例,肺低分化腺癌转移、胰腺腺泡细胞癌转移、胃低分化腺癌转移、横结肠低分化腺癌转移、直肠低分化腺癌转移、卵巢低分化腺癌转移、腹腔低分化脂肪肉瘤转移、腹膜后恶性纤维组织细胞瘤各1例。声像图表现为局限管壁增厚型(1例)、全周管壁增厚型(5例)、结节肿块型(3例)和肠套叠(1例)。结论结合病史,超声检查有助于转移性小肠肿瘤的诊断。 |
