| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脑血管周围间隙(VRS)的MRI表现,以提高与其他疾病的鉴别诊断.方法:收集85例经MRI检查有VRS患者的成像资料并进行分析.所有患者均行MRI平扫和弥散加权成像,其中11例患者进行增强扫描.结果:VRS双侧或单侧显示,前联合基底节水平最多见,其次为大脑凸面半卵圆中心、外囊、脑干和小脑齿状核旁.前联合基底节...
