糖尿病对外周血循环内皮祖细胞的影响

糖尿病是由多种病因引起的,以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱综合征。动脉粥样硬化是糖尿病患者的主要并发症,并且有患病率高、发病年龄轻和病情发展快的特点。作为内皮的前体细胞,内皮祖细胞在成人受损血管内皮的修复、新生血管发生/生成中起重要作用。因此,外周血循环内皮祖细胞与糖尿病大血管并发症关系日益为研究者关注。糖尿病患者在内皮祖细胞的数目,动员、迁移、归巢、分化能力明显减低,这可能是引起糖尿病大血管并发症的主要原因之一。本文主要就糖尿病对外周血循环内皮祖细胞的影响予以综述。
