156例2型糖尿病交感神经皮肤反应的观察

目的　探讨交感神经皮肤反应 (sympatheticskinresponse ,SSR)对糖尿病神经病变的敏感程度。 方法　对 15 6例 2型糖尿病患者依病程分为 4年内 (87例 )及 4年以上 (69例 ) 2组。行常规SSR、周围神经传导速度 (NCV)检查及体感诱发电位 (SEP)检测 ,分析各组SSR异常率并与NCV及SEP异常率比较。结果　两组SSR总异常率与NCV及SEP异常率相比差异有高度显著性 (P 均 <0 .0 1)。在≤ 4年组中 ,SSR异常率与NCV及SEP相比差异有显著性 ,P 均 <0 .0 1。而在病情 >4年的患者中差异无显著性 ,P均 >0 .0 5。结论　SSR有较高的特异性和敏感性 ,可作为糖尿病神经病变的早期检测手段。

The sympathetic skin response in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To research for the sensitivity of sympathetic skin response (SSR) in diabetic neuropathy. Methods 156 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were allocated to group A (with a disease history ≤ 4 years, n=87) and group B (with a disease history >4 years, n=69). The SSR, NCV examination and SEP detection were undertaken. The SSR abnormity rate in each group was analyzed and compared to the abnormity rates of NCV and NCV. Results In groups A and B, there was statistical difference in comparison of the total abnormity rate to the NCV and SEP abnormity rates (all the P values were <0.01). In group A, there was statistical difference in comparison of SSR abnormity rate and NCV, SEP abnormity rates, all the P<0.01. In group B, there was no difference, all the P>0.05. Conclusion SSR has higher specificity and sensitivity, it can be used as a method to early diagnose of diabetic neuropathy.
