桥本病34例诊治分析

目的:总结桥本病的诊治经验,寻找可靠的诊治方法。方法:回顾我院2004年1月至2006年12月普通外科收治的桥本病患者34例,分析其诊断及治疗的临床资料。结果:34例中通过穿刺确诊桥本病14例(41%),保守治疗有效7例(21%),手术冰冻确诊10例(29%),切除后病理检查确诊3例,术后甲状腺功能低下2例。结论:术前可疑病例穿刺活检及术中冰冻是获得正确诊断的有效方法,有利于避免误诊。

Analysis on 34 patients of Hashimoto disease

Objective: To summarize the experience on diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto disease (HD). Methods: Clinical data of 34 HD patients from Jan 2004 to Nov 2006 were analyzed. Result: Among 34 patients, 14 were made a final diagnosis by paracentesis, 7 were cured by medicine, 10 were diagnosed by frozen section and 3 by pathological section postoperatively. Thyroid hypofunction was found in 2 patients postoperation. Conclusion: HD is a common disease and is difficult to diagnose. It is effective diagnosis by paracentesis preoperatively and by frozen section in operation for a dubious case, which can avoid misdiagnosis.
