应用腔镜下行甲状腺切除术的护理方法

目的探讨腔镜下行甲状腺切除术的护理方法及护理效果。方法88例腔镜下行甲状腺切除术治疗的甲状腺腺瘤患者，以随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组，每组44例，对照组患者采用常规护理方式进行护理，观察组44例患者则采用针对性的护理方式进行护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者行针对性护理干预后其护理总有效率及护理满意度（97．7％、95．5％）采用常规护理方式的对照组（84．1％、79．6％）相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者采用不同护理方式进行护理后其并发症发生情况，观察组并发症发生率真为2．3％，对照组为13．6％，比较差异有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论给予腔镜下行甲状腺切除术治疗的甲状腺腺瘤病变患者针对性的临床护理干预可有效的提高治疗效果，减少并发症发生，且有助于改善护患关系，具有较高的应用价值，可得到推广应用。

Nursing methods of endoscopic thyroidectomy

Objective To explore the nursing methods of endoscopic thyroidectomy and its nursing effect. Methods Divided 88 cases of endoscopic thyroidectomy into observation group and control group by randomized double-blind method, 44 cases in each group, control group was treated with routine nursing care, observation group was treated with specific nursing care, compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results Total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of observation group（97.7%, 95.5%） were higher than control group（84.1%,79.6%）, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; complications of observation group（2.3%） were fewer than control group（13.6%）, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy, specific clinical nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce complications, and help to improve the relationship between nurses and patients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
