米非司酮联合乳酸依沙丫啶用于中孕引产的临床效果

目的 探讨米非司酮联合利凡诺（乳酸依沙丫啶）终止中期妊娠的临床疗效。方法 90例14-24周终止妊娠孕妇资料,随机分为观察组及对照组,各45例,两组患者均采用羊膜腔内注射利凡诺100 mg引产,观察组患者同时口服米非司酮150 mg,比较两组患者产程、用药至规律宫缩时间,同时记录产后24 h内出血量及胎盘、胎膜残留、引产成功情况。结果 观察组产程时间为（7.23±1.26）h,用药至规律宫缩时间为（25.44±8.74）h均短于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组24 h内出血量为（63.55±31.57）ml,引产成功率为95.6%,胎盘胎膜残留率为20.0%,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 米非司酮联合利凡诺终止中期妊娠产程短、孕妇术后不良反应发生率低,方法简单安全,值得在临床推广。

Clinical effect of mifepristone and ethacridine lactate in mid-pregnancy abortion

Objective To investigate clinical effect of mifepristone and ethacridine lactate（rivanol） in terminating mid- pregnancy. Methods Divided 90 cases of termination of pregnancy from 14 to 24 weeks pregnant data into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group, two groups were treated with intra-amniotic injection of 100 mg abortion rivanol, observed group added mifepristone 150 mg, birth process, medication to regular contractions time of two groups were compared, while recording 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume and placenta, fetal membranes residues, successful induction conditions. Results Birth process and medicine to time contractions of observation group were shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; postpartum hemorrhage in patients less 24 h observation group, high success rate of abortion, low fetal membranes residues, compared with patients in the control group differences. were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with rivanol in terminating mid- pregnancy has a short birth process, low incidence of adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
