广西1950~2007年法定传染病发病与死亡分析

目的 了解广西壮族自治区法定传染病长期的发病、死亡趋势,探讨疾病规律,总结防治经验.方法 利用广西1950~2007年法定传染病报告数据,对广西传染病的发生和死亡进行回顾性分析,描述发病水平和死亡水平及变化趋势.结果 50余年来传染病报告发病率和死亡率总体呈下降趋势,发病率报告最高年份是20世纪70年代前期,平均报告发病率为5285.03/10万,最低年份是20世纪90年代后期,平均报告发病率为196.69/10万.报告死亡高峰发生在20世纪60年代后期,最低在90年代后期,最高死亡率是1967年为39.66/10万,最低是1998年为0.62/10万.结论 广西壮族自治区50余年来传染病报告发病率、死亡率发生了根本性的变化,近年传染病呈上升趋势.

Analysis of occurrence and death of infectious disease in Guangxi from 1950 to 2007

Objective To understand the outbreak,death trend of reportable infectious disease in Guangxi.Methods Registration data of legal infectious disease in Guangxi from 1950 to 2007 was used to study the occurrence and death of infectious disease and describe outbreak level,death level and change trend.Results From 1950 to 2007,the morbidity and mortality of infectious disease was decreased.The morbidity of infectious disease was the highest in the early 1970s with the average morbidity of 5285.03/100 000.The morbidity was the lowest in the late 1990s with the average morbidity of 196169/100,000.The mortality was the highest in the late 1960s with a mortality of 39166/100 000 in 1967.The mortality was the lowest in the late 1990s with a mortality of 0.62/100 000 in 1998.Conclusion There was an obvious change on the morbidity and mortality of infectious disease in Guangxi from 1950 to 2007.
