| Abstract: | Objective:To guide for searching an effective and reasonable individualized chemotherapy after esophagectomy by the tumor cell cultured and tumor drug sensitivity test.Methods:compared with the inhibitory rate of tumor drug sensitivity test of 94 cases with esophageal cancer,intervered with 8 chemotherapy drugs used commonly in clinic,was determined by TECIA method.Results:The inhibitory rate of 8 chemotherapy drugs are different,PTX obtain best therapy effect,and ADM's effect is minimum,and the combined ch... |
