| 摘 要： | 分化抑制因子-1(Inhibitor of differentiation-1,Id1),属于螺旋-环-螺旋(Helix-loop-helix,HLH)蛋白,最初研究发现在正常细胞发育过程中Id1能抑制细胞的分化,近年来发现Id1还参与到细胞周期的调控过程中,促进细胞增殖.Id1不仅影响正常细胞的发育生长,在许多肿瘤中也出现高表达.Id1能影响细胞外基质的降解及肿瘤血管的生成,与肿瘤的侵袭密切相关.本文主要探讨Id1在肿瘤侵袭中的作用及其可能的分子机制.

| Abstract: | Id1(Inhibitor of differentiation-1) is a member of helix-loop-helix protein family.Early studies showed Id1 could inhibit differentiation of cells during development in normal cells.Recent findings indicated that Id1 can regulate cell cycle and promote cell proliferation.Id1 can not only affect the development in normal cells,but overexpress in many types of tumor.Id1 which is associated with degradation of extracellular matrix and tumor angiogenesis is closely related to tumor invasion.This review will dis... |
