| 摘 要： | 目的:对心肌梗死后大鼠灌胃不同剂量小檗碱,探讨小檗碱对大鼠梗死后心肌组织的保护作用和对梗死后心功能的影响.方法:开胸结扎冠脉方法制作大鼠心梗模型,模型建立成功后持续灌胃5d,每天灌胃1次,末次灌胃后测量相关心功能参数,随后处死大鼠做心肌形态学和血清酶学分析.结果:小檗碱可以改善梗死后心脏的心功能,减小心肌缺血范围和梗死...
