应用活血化瘀药物治疗急性脑出血患者的观察与护理

目的 探讨应用活血化瘀药物治疗急性脑出血患者的效果,并提出相关护理措施.方法 选择脑出血患者42例,对照组16例给予常规治疗,治疗组26例在常规治疗上加用活血化瘀药物治疗,观察NIHSS评分及血肿吸收情况.结果 2组治疗前后NIHSS评分及血肿吸收情况比较均有显著性差异,P<0.001.结论 应用活血化瘀药物治疗脑出血有一定效果,提示临床护理人员在治疗期间,注意中药使用过程中的护理观察指导,并提高专科护理知识.

Effectiveness on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage received by drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis

Objective To observe the effectiveness on patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage received by drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, and propose the related nursing measures. Methods 42 cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected, the control group (16 examples) was given the routine treatment, the treatment group (26 examples) added drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, the NIHSS grading and the haematoma absorption situation were ovserved. Results There was statistieally significant difference in the NIHSS grading and haematoma absorption (P value <0.001). Conclusions It suggests effectiveness by applying drugs for invigorating blood eireulation and eliminating stasis in cerebral hemorrhage, showing it is important to enhance the observation and nursing knowledge, prompting the clinical nursing skill.
