| 摘 要： | 通过对静脉输液中常见的纠纷进行剖析，找出纠纷发生的常见原因主要有护士、家属方面的原因及护理行为的特殊性。提出了改进配液设备及操作方法、严格执行操作规程及规章制度，加强护理过程中的服务意识、增强法律意识及从法律角度审视输液工作是减少输液纠纷及投诉的主要对策。

| Abstract: | Analysis was made on the common vein transfusion - related hospital disputes ; the major causes were nurse - related and family relations - related factors and the specialty of nursing behavior. Relevant countermeasures were figured out, namely, improving the quality of drug liquid distributor, enhancing regulations and rules, strengthening nursing attitude to reduce the occurrence of disputes. |
