创伤感染病原菌分布及药敏分析

摘    要:目的了解创伤分泌物标本主要病原菌及对目前抗生素的耐药性。方法对临床分离的247株病原菌及耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果革兰阳性菌84株.占34.0%;革兰阴性菌156株.占63.2%;真菌7株,占2.8%。细菌中排名前5位的分别是大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、假单胞菌、变形杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌。金黄色葡萄球菌与表皮葡萄球菌对青霉素、红霉素的耐药率为80%以上。革兰阴性菌对氨苄西林、复方新诺明、庆大霉素普遍耐药。结论临床应合理使用抗生素.遏制耐药菌的生长。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathogenic bacteria and medicine-enduration in secretion of wound infection.Methods To review 247 pathogenic bacteria of clinic departments and medicine-enduration.Results Gram-positive bacteria occupied 84(34.0%);Gram-negative bacteria occupied 156(63.2%). Epiphyte occupied 7(2.8%). The first five positions were E.coli, golden staphylococcus, P.aerugionosa, Proteus, cutis staphylococcus respectively. The drug-resistance rates of the golden staphylococcus bacteria and the cutis staphylococcus bacteria for penicillin and eryphromycin were over 80%. Medicine-enduration usually occured in Gram-positive bacteria for aminobenyzlpenicillin(AMP), SMZ, gentamicm.Conclusion We should pay attention to the examination of pathogenic bacteria and use antibiotics reasonably to restrict the growth of drug resistance bacteria.
