毫针配合隔物灸治疗气血亏虚型头痛36例疗效观察

目的 观察毫针配合隔附子灸治疗气血亏虚型头痛的临床疗效.方法 将72例气血亏虚型头痛患者按随机数字表法将患者随机分为综合组与毫针对照组各36例.2组均取风池、中脘、气海、足三里、脾俞为主穴,综合组采用毫针配合隔附子灸治疗,毫针组采用毫针针刺,共治疗3个疗程.观察2组患者的综合临床疗效和VAS疼痛评分.结果 综合组总有效率为94.4％,而毫针对照组总有效率86.1％,综合组疗效优于毫针对照组（P＜0.05）;同时毫针配合隔附子灸治疗后能消除头痛或明显减轻头痛的发作程度、减少发作持续时间和降低发作频率.结论 毫针配合隔附子灸是治疗气血亏虚型头痛的一种较好方法,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture plus Indirect Moxibustion on the Treatment of Headache Patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion on the treatment of headache patients with qi and blood deficiency. Methods ： 72 patients were randomized into a comprehensive group and an acupuncture group, 36 per group. Both groups were given the treatment at GB20, RN12, RN6, ST36, BL20 main points. The comprehensive group was treated by acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion while the acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture. The two groups received a total treatment of 3 courses. Their clinical effect was observed and their VAS pain was scored. Results ： The total effective rate was 94.4% in the comprehensive group versus 86. % in the acupuncture group. The effectiveness of the comprehensive group was superior to that of the acupuncture group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At the same time, the acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion treatment could eliminate or alleviate headache, reduce seizure duration and lower frequency of headache attack. Conclusion： The acupuncture plus indirect moxibustion is a better method in the treatment of the headache patient with qi and blood deficiency, worthy of clinical application.
