加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

目的 观察加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法 门诊选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者300例,随机分为3组,每组100例.分别服用加味阳和汤,洛索洛芬钠,及加味阳活汤和洛索洛芬钠,疗程均为2个月,疗效评价采用KSS评分.结果 3组病例治疗后膝关节较治疗前功能明显改善,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.中药组与中西药结合组在缓解膝关节疼痛、改善功能积分及活动范围方面都优于西药组组（P＜0.05）,在改善膝关节功能方面中西药结合组与中药组之间无差异（P＞0.05）.结论 加味阳和汤和洛索洛芬钠对膝骨性关节炎有明显疗效,加味阳和汤可以有效缓解膝关节的疼痛,改善膝关节功能,与洛索洛芬钠联合应用后对膝骨性关节炎患者症状缓解具有显著的疗效,值得临床推广.

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients with Jiaweiyanghe Decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effectiveness of Jiaweiyanghe Decoction on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods： 300 knee osteoarthritis outpatients were selected and randomly divided into three groups, 100 per group. The three groups were respectively treated with Jiaweiyanghe Decoction, loxoprofen sodium and combination of Jiaweiyanghe Decoction and loxoprofen sodium. Two months was a course. KSS was used to score therapeutic evaluation. Results： The knee -joint symptom of the patients in the three groups improves after the treatment and the comparison with the same group before the treatment had significant difference statistically （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Chinese and western medicine integration group was better than the western medicine group in their knee pain remis- sion and function score improvement and scope of activities （P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no difference between the Chi- nese and western medicine integration group and the Chinese medicine group in their knee function improvement （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion- Jiaweiyanghe Decoction and loxoprofen sodium have significant effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients. Jiaweiyanghe Decoction can effectively relieve knee pain and improve knee function while the loxoprofen sodium combined the Chinese medicine has a better effect, worthy of application.
