疏肝补肾化痰法治疗乳腺增生病80例

目的 观察疏肝补肾化痰法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效.方法 将160例乳腺增生病患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例,予口服自拟疏肝补肾化痰汤治疗;对照组80例,口服乳癖消片治疗,均服用2月经周期后比较乳房疼痛、乳房包块、月经不调的改善情况和2组疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率92.5％,对照组总有效率82.5％,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组对肝郁痰凝型和冲任失调型乳腺增生病疗效均较好,无显著差异（P＞0.05）;2组对乳房疼痛、乳房包块、月经不调均有明显改善,但两者之间疗效有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论 疏肝补肾化痰汤治疗乳腺增生病疗效较好,无明显毒副作用.

Clinical Effect of Shugan Bushen Huatan Decoction on the Treatment of Hyperplasia Mammary Glands Patients

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Bushen Huatan Decoction on the treatment of hyperplasia patients. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into one treatment group and one control group, 80 per group. The treatment group was treated with Shugan Bushen Huatan Decoction while the control group was treated with oral rupixiao tablets. The breast pain, breast lumps improvement, irreg, lar menstruation and curative effect of the two groups were compared after 2 menstrual cycles. Results： The total effec- tiveness of the treatment group was 92.5% while that of the control group was 82.5%. The effectiveness of the treatment group was signifi- cantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group showed a better effect on the hyperplasia mammary glands patients with liver depression and phlegm stasis type and chongren imbalance, no significant difference （P 〉0.05 ）. The breast pain, breast lumps, irregular menstruation of the 2 groups significantly improved, but there were a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shugan Bushen Huatan Method has a better effect on the treatment of hyperplasia patients and no obvious toxic side effect.
