半夏泻心汤治疗脾虚胃热型消渴病60例疗效观察

目的评价半夏泻心汤与传统常规药物相结合治疗脾虚胃热型消渴病的疗效。方法将120例2型糖尿病辨证属脾虚胃热证的患者随机分为治疗组60例与对照组60例，对照组服用常规降糖药物或胰岛素治疗，而治疗组在服用上述药物的基础上，加用半夏泻心汤加减，每日2次，服用8周。对2组患者在治疗前后症状改善及实验室理化检查结果进行分析评价。结果使用半夏泻心汤加减组患者，糖化血红蛋白水平治疗前后有明显差异（P〈0．01）、症状积分有明显改善（P〈0．01），空腹血糖及餐后血糖波动幅度较小，且不良反应少。结论治疗脾虚胃热型消渴病在传统常规降糖药物的基础上加用半夏泻心汤加减，可使2型糖尿病患者的症状减轻，可平稳降低血糖水平，低血糖反应较少，且安全有效，易于耐受。

A Clinical Observation of Banxiaxiexin Decoction on the Treatment of 60 Diabetes Patients with Spleen Deficiency and Stomach Heat Type

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction combined with traditional conventional medicine on the treatment of diabetes patients with spleen deficiency and stomach heat type. Methods： 120 patients （II 2） were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 60 patients per group. The control group received conventional antidiabetic drugs or insulin therapy while the treatment group took Banxiaxiexin Decoction besides the above antidiabetic drugs, twice a day, taking for 8 weeks. The physical symp- toms and the laboratory test results of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated before and after the treatment. Results ： Before and after the treatment, the glycated hemoglobin of the treatment group had significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, their symptom scores improved signif- icantly （P 〈 0.01 ） and their fasting plasma glucose and postprandial glucose were less volatile and had less adverse reaction. Conclusion： The therapy of the conventional antidiabetic drugs combined with Banxiaxiexin Decoction can alleviate the symptoms the diabetes patients （II2） with with spleen deficiency and stomach heat type and stably lower their blood glucose with less hypoglycemia reaction, safe and ef- fective and easy to tolerate.
