酶技术在石斛多糖提取中的应用

摘    要:石斛多糖具有显著的生物活性,能调节免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤及降低血糖等,引起了学者的广泛关注.石斛多糖的提取分离技术与其他中药多糖的提取方法大致相同,主要是水提醇沉法,工艺相对单一,加入酸、碱又会破坏多糖结构,进一步纯化仍较困难.现代研究表明,酶技术在中药提取中有着独特的优势,酶可较温和地将药材组织分解,促进有效成分的释放,提高有效成分的提取率.本文概述了近年来酶技术在石斛多糖的提取应用进展,为石斛多糖的深入研究及开发应用提供参考.

Abstract:Dendrobium polysaccharides have significant biological activity. The role of its regulating immunity, anti -oxidation, anti - tumor and reducing blood glucose has caused widespread concern. Its extraction and separation techniques are roughly the same as the methods of other Chinese herbal extraction, namely water alcohol precipitation. The process is relatively simple, but the polysaccharide structure will be destroyed by adding acids and alkali, making further purification more difficult. Modern research shows that the enzyme extraction technology in Chinese medicine extraction has a unique advantage. The enzyme can mildly resolve herbs tissue, promote the re- lease of active ingredients and enhance the extraction rate of the active ingredients. The paper gives an overview of the application progress of enzyme technology in recent years in order to provide a reference for further research and development and application of Dendrobium polysaccharides.
