补肾温肺合剂抗过敏作用的实验研究

目的 研究补肾温肺合剂的抗过敏作用.方法 采用抗血清致大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏及颅骨肥大细胞脱颗粒试验,测量蓝斑光密度并计算蓝斑抑制百分率,观察肥大细胞脱颗粒情况并计算肥大细胞脱颗粒率和抑制率.结果 与阴性对照组比较,补肾温肺合剂的高、中、低三个剂量组均能显著降低皮肤蓝斑的吸光度、显著抑制大鼠颅骨骨膜的肥大细胞脱颗粒,但随着剂量的加大蓝斑吸光度及肥大细胞脱颗粒率均有增加的趋势.结论 补肾温肺合剂具有抗过敏作用,且临床等效剂量显示的抗过敏作用最显著.

Experimental Study on Anti-Allergic Effect of Bushen Wenfei Mixture

Objective： To study the anti- allergic effect of Bushen Webfei Mixture. Methods： An antiseruminduced rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis and skull cell degranulation test was conducted to measure blue light density, calculate blue plague inhibition percentage, observe the mast cell and calculate the degranulation rate and inhibition rate of mast ceils. Results： Compared with the nega- tive control group, high, medium and low dose groups of Bushen Wenfei Mixture can significantly reduce skin absorbance and inhibit the mast cell degranulation of the rats＇ periosteumcranii, but with the increase of dose, the locus coerulens absorbency and the mast cell degranulation rate had an increasing trend. Conclusion： BushenWenfei Mixture has an anti -allergic effect and showed the most significant anti - allergic effect of clinical equivalent dose.
