摘 要: | 目的 探讨中药生地及菟丝子水提物对S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响.方法 选取接种S180肿瘤7d的荷瘤小鼠,抽取乳白色腹水并用无菌生理盐水稀释成1×215;10个/L细胞悬液(活细胞比率>95%),在小鼠右前肢腋窝皮下注射0.2 mL肿瘤细胞悬液,制成实体瘤动物模型.设空白对照组,肿瘤对照组,菟丝子低剂量组、高剂量组,生地低剂量组、高剂量组,每组10只,按0.02 mL/g给予灌胃12天后,将小鼠摘除眼球静脉取血1~2 mL,进行C3、C4 、IgG、CD4、CD8检测并分析.结果 在C3(1∶5)0D值浓度中,与肿瘤对照组比较,菟丝子低剂量组P<0.01,菟丝子高剂量组及生地低、高剂量组P>0.05;在C4(1∶10) OD值浓度中,与肿瘤对照组比较,菟丝子低、高剂量组P值均<0.01,生地高剂量组P<0.05;但生地高剂量组,菟丝子低、高剂量组间比较,P>0.05,无明显差异.在IgG(1∶5000)中,与肿瘤对照组比较,生地低、高剂量组P<0.01,在CD4(1∶5)中,与肿瘤对照组比较,生地高剂量P<0.05;在CD8(1∶1)中,与肿瘤对照组比较,菟丝子低剂量组P<0.05.结论 生地及菟丝子水提物可增强小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫,以增强体液免疫为主,可提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能.

Effect of Two Herbs Aqueous Extract on the Immune Function of Tumor-Bearing Mice |

Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of Rehmannia Glutinosa and China Dodder aqueous extract on the cellular and humoral immunity of Sj80 tumor - bearing mice. Methods : 7 - day S180 tumor - bearing mice were selected to extract their milky ascites and dilute it into 1 × 10 number/L cell suspension with sterile saline( live cell ratio 〉 95% ). 0.2 ml of tumor cell suspension was injected under their right forelegs to make solid tumor mice models. The model mice were divided into a blank control group, a tumor - bearing group, a China Dodder low - dose and a high - dose group, a Rehmanaia glutinosa low - dose and a high - dose group, 10 mice per group. After the mice were gavaged 0.02 mL/g for 12 days, one eye of the mice was removed to took 1 -2 ml of venous blood for the detection and anal- ysis of C3 , C4, IgG, CD4 and CDs. Results : In the concentration of C3 ( 1 : 5 ) OD value, the China Dodder low - dose group showed P 〈 0.01, the China Dodder high - dose group and the Rehmannia glutinosa low - dose and high - dose group sbowed P 〉 0.05. In the con- centration of C4 (1:10) OD value,the China Dodder low- dose and high -dose groups showed P 〈0.01, the Rehrnannia glutinosa high - dose group was P 〈 0.05. Compared with the Rehmannia glutinosa high - dose group and the China Dodder low - close and high - dose groups, there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ). In IgG ( 1 : 5000 ) , theRehmannia glutinosa low - dose and high - dose group showed P 〈 0.01. In CD4 ( 1:5 ) , the Rehmannia glutinosa high - dose group showed P 〈 0.05. In CDs ( 1 : 1 ) , the China Dodder low - dose group showed P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: The aqueous extract of China Dodder and China Dodder can improve the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of tumor - bearing mice, especially the humoral immunity. |
