云南昭通天麻三种变型中四个成分的含量比较研究

摘    要:目的比较云南昭通乌、绿、黄天麻中天麻素、腺苷、对羟基苯甲醇和对羟基苯甲醛的含量。方法采用AgilentTCC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%醋酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm,柱温35℃。结果四个成分的含量比较,天麻素:黄〉乌〉绿;腺苷:绿〉乌〉黄;对羟基苯甲醇:绿〉黄〉乌;对羟基苯甲醛:黄〉乌〉绿。结论乌、绿、黄天麻中四个成分的含量有明显差异,天麻素和对羟基苯甲醛的含量以黄天麻最高,腺苷和对羟基苯甲醇的含量以绿天麻最高。

A Comparative Study of Four Components Content in Three Variants of Zhaotong Gastrodia Elata

Abstract:Objective: To compare the contents of gastrodin,adenosine,hydroxyphenyl methanol and hydroxybenzaldehyde in black,green and yellow Zhaotong Gastrodia elata. Methods: AgilentTC- C18column(4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm) was used. Methanol 0. 1% acetic acid solution as mobile phase,with gradient elution,1. 0mL /min of flow velocity,270 nm of detection wavelength and 35 ℃ column temperature. Results: The comparison of the four components content was that gastrodin,yellow > black > green; adenosine,green > black> yellow; hydroxyphenyl methanol: green > yellow > black; hydroxybenzaldehyde: yellow > black > green. Conclusion: The four components content in the black,green and yellow Zhaotong Gastrodia elata were of significant difference. The yellow Gastrodia elata has the highest level of gastrodin and hydroxybenzaldehyde and the green Gastrodia elata has the highest level of adenosine and hydroxyphenyl methanol.
