| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨DNA拓扑异构酶抑制剂羟基喜树碱（HCPT）与顺铂（DDP）联合治疗鼻咽癌的价值。方法：鼻咽癌20例在诱导化疗后放疗及以HCPT和DDP为主的联合化疗方案治疗。结果：减低了远处转移率，提高了5年生存率。结论：HCPT与DDP是安全的抗癌药，与放疗联合应用可增加疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of cisplatin(DDP) and hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) as inhibitors of DNA topoisomerase combined with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Method:Twenty patients were performed neo-adjuvant chemotherapy followed by radiotherapy,then adjuvant chemotherapy.HCPT and DDP were of choice with its high effective rate in combination therapy.Result:The 5-year survival rate were increased.Conclusion:It suggests that HCPT and DDP play an important role in treatment of NPC when combined with radiation. |
