丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性进展性脑梗死的临床研究

目的研究丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性进展性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法急性进展性脑梗死患者146例,随机的分成应用依达拉奉治疗的对照组和应用丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗的观察组,各73例,治疗周期14 d,比较两组患者治疗后总有效率和日常生活能力评分的变化。结果对照组患者治疗后总有效率为31.5%,观察组患者治疗后总有效率为72.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组患者治疗后日常生活能力评分为（58.87±25.36）分、观察组患者治疗后日常生活能力评分为（69.14±26.87）分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗急性进展性脑梗死临床治疗效果显著、能够有效的改善神经功能、提高患者自理能力、促进患者的恢复、值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical research of butylphthalide combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To research the curative effect of butylphthalide combined with edaravone in treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 146 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group （treated by edaravone） and observation group （treated by butylphthalide combined with edaravone）, and each group contained 73 casesl The treatment period lasted for 14 d. The comparisons were made on the total effective rate and change of activities of daily living （ADL） score between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 31.5%, and that of the observation group was 72.6%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The ADL score of the control group after treatment was （58.87 ± 25.36） points, and that of the observation group was （69.14 ± 26.87） points. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy of butylphthalide and edaravone has precisely curative effect in treating acute progressive cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve the nerve function and self-care ability in patients, and promote their rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
