| 摘 要： | 目的:观察经皮穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松及转移瘤所致的脊柱骨折的近期临床疗效。方法:15例患者(共26椎)行经皮穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗,并记录、分析患者术前、术后疼痛、病变椎体高度变化。结果:所有患者术后疼痛明显缓解或消失,病变椎体高度恢复与骨折至手术的间隔有关,病变椎体高度变化不影响患者疼痛的缓解。结论:经皮穿刺椎体后凸成形术是一种治疗骨质疏松及转移瘤性脊柱骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the recent outcome after treatment of percutaneous kyphoplasty on spine fractures resulted from osteoporosis or osseous metastasis tumors.Methods: All the 15 cases were treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty.All patients' pain and vertebra height were evaluated before and after operation.Results: The osseous pain was relieved or removed,the height recovery of operated vertebra was correlated to interval between fracture and operation,but the height changes did not affect the relief of osseous pain.Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty is an ideal method to treat patients with spine fractures resulted from osteoporosis or bone metastasis. |
