| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性肝癌(primary hepatic carcinoma,PHC)的血流灌注特点。方法:对94例PHC及29例无肝脏疾病患者(对照组)进行肝脏CT灌注扫描,采用斜率法计算其肝动脉灌注量(hepatic arterial perfusion,HAP)、门静脉灌注量(hepatic portal perfusion,HPP)、总肝灌注量(total liver perfusion,TLP)、肝动脉灌注指数(hepatic arterial perfusion index,HAPI)和门静脉灌注指数(hepatic portal perfuiosn index,HPPI),对比分析PHC和对照组血流灌注参数差异。结果:PHC组织HAP和HAPI显著高于对照组(p<0.0001),HPP、TLP和HPPI显著低于对照组(p<0.0001)。结论:CT灌注成像可以精确测定PHC血流灌注参数;PHC表现为高动脉灌注和低门静脉灌注。
