| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加压滑动鹅头钉在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法:对我院自1996年10月～2000年10月用加压滑动鹅头钉治疗的43例股骨粗隆间骨折的类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行总结和随访。结果:43例病例全部得到随访,骨折均愈合.无钢板螺钉断裂,无加压螺钉穿透股骨头,患髋功能优良率88.4％.结论:加压滑动鹅头钉在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中具有固定牢靠、并发症少、能早期起床活动,作者认为是首选内固定材料之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effects of the application of the dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: 43 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by the Dynamic hip screw were summarized from Oct 1996 to Oct 2000 in our hospital. All cases were commented by fracture type, operation method, treatment after operation and curative effect. Results: All cases were followed up and all fractures healed without screw or plate broken. The excellent rate of joint function was 88.4%. Conclusion: The dynamic hip screw might be one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture due to its advantages of strong fixation, little complication and early exercise could be obtained. |
