断指再植患者的术后观察与护理

目的：探讨断指再植患者的术后护理方法。方法：对98例（127指）断指再植的患者制定科学合理的护理计划,包括心理护理、环境要求、药物治疗、对症处理、严密观察血液循环、康复训练、出院指导。结果：术后随访6~12个月,成活率为96.06%。结论：再植成功的关键取决于高超的显微外科手术,精心细致的护理措施,术后护理人员密切观察患指血运,发现问题及时处理,以及指导患者正确的功能锻炼,可提高断指再植成活率,促进早日功能恢复。

The postoperative observation and nursing on the patients with finger replantation

Objective： To discuss the methods of the postoperative nursing for the patients＇ finger replantation.Methods： Developed a scientific and rational nursing plan to 98 cases（127 fingers） in patients of finger replantation,which plan was including mental nursing,environmental requirements,drug therapy,symptomatic treatment,close observation of blood circulation,rehabilitation training and the guide of leaving hospital.Results： Followed up 6 to 12 months after operation,the survival rate was 96.06%.Conclusion： The key to the replantation success depends on the superb microsurgery,patience and careful nursing measure,the paramedics＇ close observation to the finger＇s postoperative blood supply,finding and dealing with the problem in time,and the functional exercise with the right guidance.The proper care after replantation can improve the survival rate of replanted fingers and promote functional recovery.
