多胎妊娠减胎术伦理争议

随着辅助生殖技术的普及,多胎妊娠率显著升高,而多胎妊娠相关风险使得多胎妊娠减胎术得以广泛应用。虽然多胎妊娠减胎术已被证实是安全、有效、有利于改善多胎妊娠结局的重要手段,但减胎术作为一种有创性的医疗措施,其相关伦理争议一直存在:包括胎儿生存权的伦理问题、胎儿性别选择问题、相关法律法规及宗教相关问题等,伴随着技术的发展,新的争议还在不断产生。本文综述了多胎妊娠减胎术的伦理争议的相关问题。

Ethical controversy on multifetal pregnancy reduction

With the popularization of assisted reproductive technology,multiple pregnancy rate is significantly increased,and multifetal pregnancy reduction (MFPR) is widely used due to the related risks of multiple pregnancy.MFPR has been proven to be a safe and effective method for improving the outcome of multiple pregnancies,but it is an invasive medical measures.The related ethical controversy has always been existed,including the ethical issues related to the right to live of the fetus,fetal sex selection,the related laws and regulations and the related religious issues.Moreover,with the development of technology,new controversy is still emerging.This article summarizes the relevant ethical controversies in MFPR.
