输尿管镜尿道内切开术治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁(附25例报告)

目的：探索输尿管镜在尿道狭窄或闭锁的尿内切开术治疗中的应用。方法：采用输尿管镜直神下寻找正确引导方向，利用其镜体的扩张结合其他内窥镜切割术切开狭窄或闭锁段。术后留置导尿管和适当尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁２５例。结果：２５例均获随访，２０例排尿正常，治愈率８０％；失败５例，均改为开放手术治愈；２例发生尿外渗。结论：在尿道狭窄或闭锁的尿道内切开治疗中，输尿管镜可增加治疗的成功率，尤其对小儿病例更是如此。

Internal urethrotomy with ureteroscopy (Report of 25 cases)

Purpose:To explore the usefulness of ureteroscopy in the treatment of urethrostenosis or urethratresia.Methods: Ureteroscopy was used in the treatment of 25 cases of patients with urethrostenosis or urethatresia to find out the right leading direction under direct vision. The stenosis site was cut open by dilating with the ureteroscopy body combine with resection. Urethral catheters were remained, and suitable urethral dilation was arranged postoperatively.Results:25 cases have been followed up, 20 cases can micturate normally, the cure rate being 80%. Urinary extravasation occurred in 2 cases.Conclusions:Ureteroscopy can increase the cure rate in the treatment of urethrostenosis or urethratresia, especially for children cases.
