唐河县不同人群艾滋病知识知晓及相关态度情况比较

目的在以有偿供血为主的农村地区，比较不同人群艾滋病知识知晓情况及相关态度和行为差异，为针对性地开展健康教育及干预措施，制定有效的艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法选取一般人群做为对照人群，对有偿采供血人群、HIV感染者／病人及一般人群采用整群抽样方法，暗娼人群采用普查方法，性病门诊就诊者采用连续抽样方法，按照全球基金设计的调查问卷，分别对该人群进行调查。结果唐河县暗娼人群对艾滋病防治知识的掌握比例明显低于一般人群，回答正确比例平均仅为36．44％；对暗娼人群、性病门诊就诊患者的歧视现象均较一般人群严重，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论今后应把暗娼人群作为该县艾滋病防治工作的重点人群，大力开展健康教育，推广安全套的正确使用，预防艾滋病由高危人群向一般人群扩散。

Comparison of AIDS Knowledge and Attitudes among Different Population Groups in Tanghe County

[Objective]To compare the AIDS knowledge and related attitude among different populations in the rural areas of paid blood donation and provide scientific evidence for the establishment of preventive countermeasures. [ Methods ] The common healthy population was chosen as the control; cluster sampling was applied to investigate the paid blood donators, HIV/AIDS patients and the common healthy population; unlicensed prostitutes were investigated by census and the STD outpatients were investigated by successive sampling; questionnaire designed by the Global Fund was used for the investigation. [ Results ] The witting rate of AIDS knowledge among the unlicensed prostitutes （36.44%） was significantly lower than that of the common population; the discrimination was more serious toward the unlicensed prostitutes and the STD outpatients than toward the common population, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.01 . [ Conclusion] Unlicensed prostitutes should be taken as the emphasis population; health education should be enhanced; correct way of using condom should be taught in order to prevent the spread of HIV from the high risk population to the common population.
