TURBT术后丝裂霉素定时灌注膀胱预防膀胱癌复发的护理

目的：探讨TURBT术后丝裂霉素定时灌注膀胱预防膀胱癌复发的疗效和安全性。方法：表浅性膀胱癌66例，在TURBT术后定时用丝裂霉素灌注膀胱，观察疗效和副作用，并针对患者的病情实施心理护理、饮食护理与锻炼指导。结果：66例患者均顺利完成了膀胱内灌注治疗，随访3个月-2年，12例术后3-12个月复发，复发率18％。再次行TURBT及灌注化疗，复发1例，无明显的毒副作用和并发症。结论：TURBT术后定时灌注丝裂霉素可预防术后复发．且毒副反应小、创伤小、费用低，为膀胱癌治疗提供了可靠的方法。

The nursing of pouring mitomycin into bladder after TURBT to prevent bladder cancer recurring

Objective: To probe into the effect and safety of pouring mito my cin into bladder after TURBT to prevent bladder cancer recurring. Method : 66 ca ses were given pouring mitomycin into bladder after TURBT ,psychological nursing ,diet nursing and exercise direction. And observing the effect and side effect. Result: The measure has good effect and no obvious complication. Conclusion: P ouring into the mitomycin can prevent recurring , and the poisonous side reactio n is little, the wound is little, the expenses are low, and it's an effective me thod.
