老年单纯性高血压及并发糖尿病高血压患者血管内皮功能状况

目的 研究老年单纯性高血压及高血压并发糖尿病患者血管内皮功能状况与病程的关系。方法 测定血液中血管内皮功能受损特异性标志一氧化氮（NO）及内皮素（ET），高分辨率超声技术检测16例对照组，41例单纯性高血压组及32例高血压并发糖尿病组患者的内皮功能，结果 高血压组及并发糖尿病的两组患者的NO降低，ET水平增高；反应性充血引起肱动脉内径的变化在高血压组及并发糖尿病组均减弱，肱动脉反应性充血舒张百分比与血浆NO水平呈负相关。结论 老年高血压患者血管内皮功能明显受损且与病程有关，并发糖尿病时表现更明显。

Investigation on endothelial function in elderly hpertensive patients and diabetes mellitus patients

Objective To investigate the changes of endothelium function in elderly hypertensive patients and hypertension with diabetes mellitus patients.Methods To test the changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET),and with high resolution ultrasound technique,we measured endothelium dependent relaxing function in 41 subjects with primary hypertension (A group) and 32 subjects with diabetes mellitus (B group) and 16 subjects in control group.Results In A group and B group patients,serum ET level was obviously higher and NO level was much lower than those in control group,flow mediated dilatation was much reduced compared with that in control group.Conclusion Endothelium secretory function and endothelium dependent vasodilation was impaired in elderly patients with primary hypertension and increased in diabetes mellitus patients.
