| 摘 要： | 目的：综述黑木耳多糖的研究内容。方法：根据文献和我们的研究工作，从黑木耳多糖的分离纯化、结构分析、药理作用和构效关系等几方面进行综述。结果：黑木耳多糖具有多种生物功能。结论：黑木耳多糖是较理想的免疫促进药物，具有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Objective:Review on the studied contents of polysaccharide of Auricularia auriculajudae.Methods:According to the references and our work, the isolation and purification, pharmaceutical action, structure analysis and relationship on structure-activity of polysaccharide of Auricularia auriculajudae were reviewed.Results:Polysaccharide of Auricularia auriculajudae have many bioactivities.Conclusion:Polysaccharide of Auricularia auriculajudae is a kind of better immunity promoted medicine, the developmental trend of polysaccharide is very wide. |
