药竹罐疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的疗效观察及护理

目的]探讨药竹罐疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的疗效及护理。方法]将336例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组168例。对照组予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、胶体果胶铋、甲硝唑等药物治疗,按胃脘痛常规护理。观察组在此基础上配合药竹罐疗法,施以中医特色护理,包括饮食指导、生活起居指导、穴位经络养生指导、皮肤护理及调摄情志等。结果]观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组病人满意度及住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论]药竹罐疗法并配合中医特色护理治疗脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛可提高疗效、缩短住院时间、提高病人满意度。

Therapeutic effect of drug bamboo jar therapy to treat patients with spleen asthenia and stomach cold type of epigastralgia and nursing care of them

Objective：To probe into the therapeutic effect of drug bamboo jar therapy to treat patients with spleen asthenia and stomach cold type of epigastralgia and nursing care of them.Methods：A total of 336 patients with spleen asthenia and stomach cold type of epigastralgia were divided into observation and control groups randomly 168 cases each.Patients of control group were accepted omeprazole,clarithromycin,colloidal bismuth pectin,and metronidazole,and routine nursing were given.Besides that,patients of observation groups were treated with drug bamboo jar therapy.And they were given traditional Chinese medical characteristics nursing including diet guidance,living sitting instruction,acupoints and meridian health guidance,skin nursing care and emotion-thought adjusting and so on.Results：The clinical therapeutic effect of patients in observation group was significantly better than that of control group cases（P〈0.05）.And in terms of satisfaction degree and average hospital stay of patients,there were statistical significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Drug bamboo jar therapy combined with traditional Chinese medical characteristics nursing to treat patients with spleen asthenia and stomach cold type of epigastralgia can enhance their therapeutic effect,shorten length of hospital stay and enhance the satisfaction degree of patients.
