脊柱后路手术中压疮预防的对照研究

目的]探讨脊柱后路手术中预防压疮的措施及效果,并调查脊柱后路手术中病人发生压疮的危险因素,为完善手术中压疮的评估方法提供依据。方法]选取行脊柱后路手术的病人100例,随机分为两组,实验组使用康惠尔透明贴和泡沫敷料预防压疮;对照组使用手术室常规防护措施,术后0h、24h、72h对病人进行压疮评估。结果]术前血红蛋白、年龄、术中出血量是术中压疮发生的危险因素（P〈0.05）,对照组病人术后发生压疮5例,实验组病人术后发生压疮2例,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论]康惠尔透明贴和泡沫敷料对于脊柱后路手术中压疮的预防有一定作用。

Control study on pressure sore prevention for patients accepting posterior spinal surgery

Objective：To compare the effects of two pressure ulcer prevention measures for patients accepting posterior spinal surgery and to investigate risk factors of patients occurred pressure sore after accepting posterior spinal surgery,so as to provide some bases for perfecting assessment methods of pressure sore.Methods：A total of 100 patients from a third-grade class-A hospital of Qingdao city accepted posterior spinal surgery were selected and divided into two groups randomly.Patients in test group applied Kang＇huier transparent strip and foam dressings to prevent pressure sores.Patients in control group were just accepted the routine protective measures in operating room.Then all patients were assessed on pressure sore at 0 h,24 h,and 72 h after operation respectively.Results：Preoperative hemoglobin concentration,age,intraoperative blood loss were risk factors for pressure ulcer during operation（P0.05）.Five cases in control group had developed postoperative pressure ulcer.And 2 cases in test group had occurred postoperative pressure sores.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Kang＇huier transparent strip and foam dressings applied for patients accepting posterior spine surgery may prevent pressure ulcers for them to a certain extent.
