药用炭新方法灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果观察

目的]评价新方法灌肠效果。方法]将108例肾衰竭药用炭灌肠病人随机分为两组,每组54例。实验组用新方法灌肠,对照组用传统方法灌肠。比较其药物保留时间、治疗前后血清尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）、尿酸（Ua）,并评价治疗的有效率及病人的不良反应。结果]与对照组比较,实验组药物保留时间延长（P〈0.01）;治疗后Scr、BUN、Ua较低（P均〈0.05）;对BUN、Scr、Ua的吸附总有效率较高（P〈0.01）;病人不良反应症状较少（P〈0.05）。结论]新灌肠方法行药用炭液灌肠,能延长药物在肠内停留时间,提高疗效。

Observation on effect of a new way of medicinal charcoal enema to treat patients with chronic renal insufficiency

Objective：To evaluate the effect of new way of enema.Methods：A total of 108 renal failure accepting medicinal charcoal enema were randomly divided into two groups 54 cases each.Patients of test group accepted the new way of enema.Patients of control group accepted traditional way of enema.The retention time of drug,blood urea nitrogen（BUN） creatinine（Scr）,uric acid（Ua） of all cases before and after the treatment were compared.And curative effect and adverse reactions of all patients had been evaluated.Results：Compared with the control group,the retention time of patients in test group was prolonged（P0.01）.The Scr,Bun and Ua of patients were lower after treatment than that of before the treatment（P0.05）.The total adsorption efficiency on Bun,Scr,Ua of patients were enhanced（P0.01）.And symptoms of patients decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion：The new way of carbon fluid enema can extend drug retention time inside the intestines and enhance the curative effect of patients.
