摘 要: | [目的]研究社区老年原发性高血压病人动态动脉硬化指数(AASI)的影响因素。[方法]选择王顶堤社区医院门诊就诊的95例老年原发性高血压病人,采用一般社会人口学资料调查、24 h动态血压监测并计算动态动脉硬化指数,比较不同特征人群AASI的差异,分析影响AASI的因素。[结果]Pearson相关分析结果显示AASI与BMI、日间收缩压、24 h收缩压、日间脉压2、4 h脉压及日舒张压变异之间相关性有统计学意义;多因素Logistic回归分析显示AASI影响因素有24 h舒张压变异及日间收缩压。[结论]AASI受24 h舒张压变异、日间收缩压的影响。

Abstract: | Objective:To study on influencing factors of ambulatory arterial stiffness index(AASI) of elderly patients with hypertension in community.Method:A total of 95 senile patients with primary hypertension pay visit to hospital of Wangdingdi community were selected.By adopting the general social demographic data survey,all patients were given 24 h continuous blood pressure monitoring and calculated the ambulatory arterial stiffness index.The differences of AASI of different population characteristics were compared.And the influencing factors of AASI were analyzed.Results:Peason correlation analysis showed that AASI and BMI,daytime systolic blood pressure,24 h systolic blood pressure,daytime pulse pressure,24 h pulse pressure and daily diastolic blood pressure variation were statistically significant.Multiple factors Logistic regression analysis showed that 24 h diastolic blood pressure variability and daytime systolic blood pressure were the influencing factors of AASI.Conclusion:The AASI level was influenced by 24 h diastolic blood pressure variability and daily systolic blood pressure. |
