摘    要:目的分析慢性荨麻疹患者与14种食物不耐受检测结果的关系,指导临床对慢性荨麻疹的诊断和治疗。方法选择皮肤科确诊慢性荨麻疹病人221例作为病例实验组,健康体检人员40例作为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测14种食物特异性IgG浓度。结果实验组中有131人有不同程度食物不耐受(阳性率59.3%),而对照组只有11例阳性(阳性率27.5%),检测灵敏度为59.2%,特异性为72.5,阳性预测值为92.3%,阴性预测值为24.4%。结论大部分慢性荨麻疹与食物不耐受有关,食物不耐受检测对慢性荨麻疹诊断和治疗有重要指导意义。

The significance of the test of food intolerance of 14 sorts foods for diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between chronic urticaria and results of food intolerance of 14 sorts of food.Methods 221 patients diagnosed as chronic urticaria disease were select as experimental group,40 physical normal people as control group each one in both group was phlebotomized.ELISA was applied to test the density of specific IgG of 14 sorts of foods.Results 131 people in experimental group were of food intolerance(positive rates 59.3%).11 people in control group were of food intolerance(positive rates 22.7%).Sensitivity:59.3%.Specificity:72.5%.Positive predictive value:92.3%.Negative predictive value:24.4%.Conclusion The test of food intolerance is of significance in clinic diagnosis and treatment of chronic urticaria.
