选择性个体化治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效分析

目的探讨多方法多途径个体化治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的时机、方法及疗效。方法本组180例病人中52例选择经惠肢足背静脉用药；60例选择患肢胴静脉插管用药；15例采用患肢股动脉插管用药；43例采取下腔静脉滤器置入后Fogarty导管取栓术；10倒采用髂静脉成型或palma转流术。结果180例中显效155例，有效21例，无效2例，死亡2例。显效率为84％，总有效率为97．5％。结论多方法多途径个体化治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成，是针对病人的不同情况个体化优选适合的治疗方案，有很好的临床效果。

Analysis of the clinical of individualized treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

Objective To explore the indications,procedures and therapeutic effect of different treatments for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods 157 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were included.52 cases were treated by intravenous injection via dorsalis pedis vein of the involved lower limb.60 cases were treated by catheter directed thrombolysis via trans-popliteavenous.15 cases were via femoral artery.20 cases were treated by forgarty catheter after placing a filter in the inferior vena cava.10 cases had iliac vein reconstruction or crossover great saphena surgery.Results Among the 157 cases,132 cases with significant efficacy,21 cases with efficacy,and 2 cases with no efficacy,there were 2 death cases.The total effective rate was 97.5%.Conclusion Comprehensive use of multi-approach treatment of deep vein thrombosis according to patients indication leads to a good clinic effect.
