| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟安神定悸汤治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法将就诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用安神定悸汤为主加减治疗，对照组采用兰州佛慈制药厂生产的天王补心丹治疗，比较两组对失眠症状的改善情况。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组在治疗中均未发现不良反应。结论采用安神定悸汤治疗顽固性失眠疗效满意，且见效快，未见任何不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made nerve soothing and alpitation stabilizing soup in treatment of intractable insomnia.Methods Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given the nerve soothing and palpitation stabilizing soup with additional or subtractive treatment.The control group was given Tianwang Buxin Dan.The improvement conditions of insomnia of both groups were compared.Results Efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the improvement of insomnia.No adverse reaction was found in both groups.Conclusion Nerve soothing and palpitation stabilizing soup in treatment of intractable insomnia shows satisfactory and fast efficacy and no adverse reaction. |
